Joanne Liu is a graduate research assistant at the SimTigrate Design Lab and recently earned her Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech. Joanne is a curious and compassionate designer with a strong interest in how technology can support learning, wellness, and accessibility. Her work focuses on creating intuitive, research-driven digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ranging from educational tools for K-12 classrooms to inclusive interfaces for visually impaired artists. With a background in UX research, interaction design, and rapid prototyping, she brings a thoughtful, iterative approach to solving complex problems.
