Smeya Shirley Deborah is a first-year graduate student pursuing her Master of Science degree in Architecture with a concentration in Health and Design at Georgia Tech. She has a bachelor's degree in Architecture from India and is also a licensed architect there. She has been a part of the SimTigrate Design Lab since August 2022, and is currently involved in an experimental study at the CEP, evaluating the effects of biodynamic light exposure on people diagnosed with MCI it's impact on circadian functioning. She is interested to work and learn more about the field of healthcare design. Specifically, how it can impact the behavioral psychology and experience of the user. Apart from healthcare architecture, she is also interested in art, history, and heritage conservation. In her free time, she likes to travel and make small videos.
