Tanmay Naik

Graduate Research Assistant

Tanmay Naik is a Graduate Research Assistant. He graduated with a degree in Architecture from Mumbai, India. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science Architecture High-Performance building program at Georgia Tech. Since 2012, he has been working in a wide range of design studios and offices on projects spanning multiple sectors. Over the years, Tanmay has developed an interest in Sustainable Design. He gained more knowledge about the field when he took the LEED Green Associate and the LEED AP BD+C exams.   
  

Tanmay strongly feels that we are at a very critical juncture where an equilibrium needs to be established between the built and non-built environment. He believes that every major step can create a ripple effect for future generations. Tanmay’s interest in Healthcare Design and curiosity to learn about Evidence-Based Design in depth has led him towards working with the SimTigrate Design Lab. Aside from work, Tanmay loves traveling and exploring new places. In his spare time, he also loves to paint and cook.
